Are you currently pregnant or within 8 weeks postpartum? You can still train safely with the Agile Fitness app. Simply sign up as a pre/postnatal client, and your plan will automatically adjust to suit your unique stage of pregnancy or recovery.
It's important to remember that every pregnancy is different, so the exercises provided are designed as a baseline. While I ensure that any exercises that could be unsafe for pre/postnatal clients are excluded, you're welcome to swap exercises based on how your body feels.

PROGRAM
